The mission of the Law Office of Walter Reaves is the provide the best representation possible for our clients, as well as all those who are caught in the criminal justice system. We do that by not only representing our clients, but also educating other lawyers and the public on how the justice system operates, and how to provide the best representation possible.
We achieve that goal in several ways:
- Educating other lawyers by writing and speaking at continuing education legal education programs
- Attending the most advanced courses available so we can continue to learn how to best serve our clients
- Aggressively representing our clients, and advancing new issues and theories in the Courts
- Providing education to our clients and the public through our free resources
Not only do we share our knowledge and experience with other lawyers, we also share it with everyone. We do so through our free guides on Hiring a Lawyer, DWI, Appeals and Habeas Corpus, and Understanding the Criminal Justice System.
We are committed to securing justice for our clients, which is why I chose to focus on criminal defense. I take pride in the fact that I have never worked in District Attorney’s office.
Don’t fall for “hype” or “empty promises”
If you're looking for a law firm to broker shady deals, tell you only what you "need to know," or what we think you want to hear, we are not the right fit for you. We are the right law firm for a person that needs a trusted ally to guide them through the legal process, and make sure they are treated fairly.
We recognize that we're not the right law firm for everyone out there, but that doesn't mean we can't assist them in some way. We're always happy to send out our free materials to consumers and if we don't handle the area of law that you need, we have trusted attorney friends that we can refer you to.
